We help our members (security and pro audio-visual integration businesses) excel in a market that changes quickly to stay ahead of the game on emerging issues in the industry.


The Channel Marketing Manager will partner with our manufacturing and services providers (who sell products/solutions to our dealers/members) to showcase solutions, support new product launches, deepen dealer/member owner engagement and purchasing, and coordinate strategic marketing plans. This key hire will ensure consistency with vendor and USAV strategies and brand standards to deliver on-target, compelling and effective communications to our members/owners, and the industry as a whole (to attract new members).

  • Hours: Primarily 8am to 5pm MT either remote, or onsite in our Westminster, CO office, with occasional work outside of standard business hours as needed (for example, major program launches, trade shows, etc.)

What you will be doing:

  • Constantly increasing your understanding of vendor and member business goals and objectives, and providing strategies and solutions based on that understanding
  • Ideating and collaborating with premier vendors that have exceptional sales performance and SLAs with our member integrators to showcase their solutions and support their continued growth  
  • Collaborating with vendors to identify key integrator targets and/or market segments for business growth opportunities, tracking program success metrics, and optimizing strategies based on results
  • Ensuring all assets from vendors’ creative teams are provided on time to achieved agreed upon program dates
  • Building and maintaining highly effective and collaborative partnerships 
  • Supporting internal vendor management in developing sponsorship strategy for key vendors and securing sponsorships for PSA events 
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience in marketing, preferably managing channel marketing programs, promotions, and/or marketing in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Local candidates only
  • Experience in the physical security or pro audio-visual markets preferred but not required
